You feel you are living in a poor south america country. People here working on makeshift pack 7 or 8 together in one unit, and make very loud noise while they come back from flipping burgers in McDonalds late at night. Management is rude and couldn't care less, yet the rent goes up every year.

The wall is paper thin, and you can hear everything. The ugly woman upstairs is so poor that she could't afford a less noisier bed even though she is having sex with different men everyday.

Only recommend here to your worst enemy.
