When applying to this Pelham Apts I spoke directly to the assistant manager and a staff member who assured me when I went to submit an application there were tons of apts available but they were going quickly. They even told me the unit number that was available for me to rent. I submitted my application along with along with a $300 dollar deposit to hold an apt. Everytime I called to check in it was like I never walked in the place and spoke with anyone. I received the run around about which unit and whether or not I was approved. It's seems as though none of the staff members communicated with one another. Though I was in the market to rent I felt as though they were paying me to rent from them. I explained the deadline that I wanted to move in by and we went weeks past the deadline after they secured my $300. They also switched up the unit they had originally offered me the day I submited the application and deposit. I would definitely consider other options before submitting any money to ensure great customer service.
