I've never been treated so horribly in my life. From beginning to end Shannon McCullough was completely unprofessional and rude. She seemed to go out of her way to make me feel as though I were wasting her time. I was so excited going into my apartment search, I left this experience feeling angry, defeated, and sick to my stomach. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
