I checked out apt complexes and multi-family rentals in Framingham & Natick. This place is so far above every other place I saw, I can't imagine anyone complaining about it. And it is also about $250 a mo cheaper.
It's family owned & operated, so they CARE about the up-keep. I've never been in a place that actually gave customer service-this one not only gives it, it's exceptional. Whenever I call for a repair,it's been fixed when I get home- with a little card on the table telling me it was fixed, and signed by the person who did it.
I can't believe the people who are whining on this site- I found some of them downright funny. Like the person who complained about getting a new carpet when she moved in...(huh')...and then b__ched that she was charged for a stain she says didn't make' "Magic stain"'''' I guess so! How about the people who complain about losing their deposit when they broke the lease' Name a place that won't keep it!!!! It's a legally binding contact to protect the management AND US.
The couple of times I've had trouble parking, I've driven around and found a space within about 2 mins - people come & go all the time. I have only one complaint: You can't park under the maple tree at the back of bldg #55. It is home to about 4,000 birds, and every single one of them will crap on your car. Management has done absolutely nothing to make them stop. I've never seen an eviction notice on that tree, and I don't think they've even tried to talk to them!
