Think twice about renting here!

Everyone seems so nice when you first come in to look at the place, little do you know the minute you actually move in they pretend not to know who you are if you ever go into the office and they are extremely rude on the phone should you ever need to call them. Then they show you some generic apt and then don't want to tell you where your actual apt will be. They told me I would be in the Soverign buildings and when it came time to get my key and sign my lease they put me in the Saxony apts which is on the other side of Framingham right next to a huge factory that runs 24 hours a day, open the window and the incessant sound of the factory is roaring through the whole apt. Not to mention that the people who lived upstairs had their surround sound on from about 1:30 in the afternoon until 2 in the morning. Then about 1 week after I had bought a new car I parked it in the only available space which was next to the dumpster and in the morning the dump truck hit my car. When I went to the management office to report the incident, they told me I couldn't prove it(even though the car was only 1 week old!!) and then told me that they only thing I could do was to call the number on the dumpster...which of course they did not have in the office and when I went to look at the dumpster it wasn't there either. Considering they are the ones who contract with these people I thought that the management should have provided me with a little more assistance. Then to top it off about 2 months before I was scheduled to leave they did what they called a "mid-month" evaluation of my apt....which basically consisted of them coming in and snooping around in my apt before I was actually all moved out. I contested this mid month intrusion but to no avail they still entered my apt when I wasn't there. Then when I thought I had finally escaped the place and I was awaiting the refund check for my deposit I recived a bill instead!!! There had been a stain on the carpet in the living room I had not been able to remove and apparently this stain in one room meant the entire apt had to be recarpeted! The bill was over $200 dollars that I owed them and there was no way I was paying that! So now I will have to sue them for my deposit which I am owed minus the small piece of carpet that would have been replaced. If you move in here you are make sure you kiss your deposit goodbye.
