I am very surprised to read the other reviews here. Our experience at Sovereign apts was pretty good overall, I found the office people responnded to our needs profesonially and the guys in maintenance are great & really took good care of me and my husband. we would recommend Sovereign to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful environment, the only thing we could say was parking was sometimes tight.But overall we loved it there.

1) I agree that maintenance staff is really good! 2) Also you need to try to tell the management staff that you want to break the lease (does not matter what reason) or if your lease is about to end, just tell that you would just like to extend your contract by only 2 months .. just try this once .. PLEASE.. and I am sure you will not write the same words you wrote in your review ever again. I gaurantee that your opinion will become just reverse of what it is now, unless you are related to the management or know anyone in the management staff personally. |
