I believe that Sovereign's management just follow really "BAD" business practices. They do not have have any ethics and just focus on milking the tenants as long as they can. The problem starts when milking turns to blood sucking. I agree with others about the issues with deposit money and lease breaking clauses. The policies are totally unnatural and inhuman. Unless they change their attitude towards their tenant's hard earned money I doubt if they will get any good reviews. Also I am pretty sure that good reviews are posted by Sovereign people themselves.
