Management not Flexible, Be aware

It is true that management people are NOT flexible. They don t understand that people change jobs, buy houses, get transferred. Their policy is that if you wanna move before end of lease, you have to pay $350 fine and keep paying rent until the apartment is re-rented. That is ridiculous. Most apartments have buy out option where you pay couple of months rent and your are free. These people are not flexible. So unless, you are 100% sure that you won t move during next 1 years, then only rent here. Hope it helps to prospective tenants. .

Not Flexible isn't the words! Rude, liars, crooks and plain jerks is better way to describe these people. This is how you handle these jerks: tell them to keep your deposit as you're last month's rent and then tell them to sue you for the rest and don't give them your new address.
