Short and not so sweet: Lived at Sovereign Estates for 10 years...pretty decent until I got lots of mice...so now not so nice. For putting with the rodents, I asked owners tomove me to a better (non rodent) apartment, which they agreed to do but reneged in the end. Is this a way to run an apartment complex' Is this a way to treat a long time tenant' Had to live away for six weeks until the last (I can only hope) was found.

Why didn't you call the board of health? I would never let them get away with such nonsense.

Let me tell you my story! I applied for apt in the first week of april and told them that I would need your decision by the end of May because I have to inform my current owner. They said no problem; took 50$ for credit check and told me we wud give you decision in 2 weeks. after 2 weeks I started requesting them and everytime they told me they wud be informing me by the end of the week. and this went on for 6 weeks. The lady (Karen??) is very soft spoken and seems very friendly but let me tell you they are the most unprofessional people I have ever seen. At last I withdrew my application! Beware; very soft spoken; highly unprofessional; third grade customer service!!
