This place is nasty. I lived there for two years. The walls/ceilings are paper thin, the windows were absolutely TERRIBLE (they got replaced right after I moved...go figure) and the office staff are the rudest, most unprofessional and inflexible people I've ever dealt with in my life. "Sure, we'll give you a three month lease...come on down!!" So we go down and the same woman we spoke to on the phone told us that the conversation never happened and she had no idea what we were talking about. Are you serious''' The entire office staff is made up of rude people who will lie straight to your face.
My roommate's car got broken into. Staff would show up unannounced and let themselves into the unit to "check for mice". When my bedroom windows were covered in ice from the INSIDE their solution was to turn up the heat. Thank God it was free.
The ONLY nice thing I can say is that the maintenance guys were awesome. They always came quickly and fixed things correctly. Plus they were all really nice. Other than that, this place was ridiculous.
One more thing. Nobody in the same building ever pays the same price for rent, and they jack the rent up at least $50 every time you re-sign the lease. Those people are sooooo nice to you before you sign a lease. DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU!!!!

I absolutely agree with his/her review. Spl the rent increment by $50. 2008 mid year we renewed our lease and they jacked it up by $100, when asked why they said, "Because of the oil prices", ok it's valid, but this year when we a approaching a lease renew again they increased it by $50. They should infact go down by atleast $100 since oil is at $35. Bunch of LIARS!!

what about the inflation adjustments? 50 sounds reasonable and is the norm, everywhere.

I said AT LEAST $50. The first rent increase I had there was $200!!! But "only" $50 the second year...and I only stayed because they LIED and backed us into a corner to sign another 12 month lease!!!!
