1. Bad parking policy. Limited parking space.
2. Poor or No heating during winters.
3. Extremely hot during winters. Mainly due to 20 years old AC they have in the living room.
4. Extremely dirty carpets. Looks like they haven't been replaced for years.
5. Bed bugs issue in a year.
6. Overall the rent is too high for the quality they provide.
