Venetian Tower 83% Recommended May 06 2008: I have lived here for one and half years and have enjoyed my stay. Living on the second floor 2007 winter I have not used heat except for a week when i was not well. Service, maintanance and the ambiance Sovereign Estates Apartments (formerly Saxony) 58% Recommended May 05 2008: Short and not so sweet: Lived at Sovereign Estates for 10 years...pretty decent until I got lots of mice...so now not so nice. For putting with the rodents, I asked owners tomove me to a better (non rodent) apartment, which Howard Apartments 33% Recommended May 03 2008: Well, first off, Howard Apartments was sold to a group called Salem Maynard Trust in the fall of 2007. It's also not on Edgell Road, it's on Salem End Road & Maynard Street, right next to Framingham State College. 5 Lord Chesterfield Apartments 15% Recommended May 01 2008: This place is awful!Evertyhing is OLD!!Appliances,rugs,doors,mail boxes,fixtures,tiles, flooring, I could go on and on...Anyway,I guess this used to be a really nice place to live. Probably when people cared about the other Edgewater Terrace 63% Recommended Apr 27 2008: We have lived here for 18 months now. The location has been very nice. The management has been very unprofessional and have constantly lied about providing covered parking space. We were promised a covered parking within 4 months of moving in |
