I happpen to work at Franklin Commons and am curious to know what amenities are not functioning for you...I looked at the Laundry Room and all the washers and dryers are working properly. I looked in the Fitness Center and all the machinery is working just fine. Also, the playground and grill area, while snowy, are in perfect condition. If there is something that I may have missed, please do not hesitate to contact the leasing office to submit a work order. Also, the market rate is nowhere near double the lower rent and is in line with most other new apartments in the Franklin area. I am sorry to hear you are not satisfied here, if there is anything I can do, please contact the office. Thanks.
