Almost Two Years

I have lived here since DAY ONE. I was the SECOND person to move into my building. The maintenance man referred to by a prior poster is gone. The current maintenance man is AMAZING. He is wonderful and deserves a raise. The southern woman was NOT a nightmare, she was one of the sweetest people I had met here. I enjoy living here. I have two children, and the facilities are perfect for children. Playground, large area to run around and a gazebo to sit and reflect in. The office staff is nice and helpful. They do "community" gatherings for every holiday and a summer B-B-Q. Things they certainly do not have to do. The only complaint I would have is the fact that the entry ways are open, and snow comes in and onto the stairways. But as I said before, maintenance is on it! As for the lower income, I dare anyone to try to point out who pays less from who pays full price. I guarantee you will guess wrong. Just because someone gets a little help doesn't make them bad (I am a full price person myself). Personally, some of the full price people leave something to be desired. If you are going to judge a person on what they pay, look in the mirror and judge yourself first. The people who were "troublemakers" are gone. The community is now a peaceful place to live.
