I have lived here for about a year, and the first few months were WONDERFUL. Since then, the quality has gone far down. There are two new properties that the owners are doing, and they are starting to neglect this one. My washer has been broken for nearly a month, and I have called numerous times, and it hasn't been taken care of. I had some damage when there was a water leak from the person upstairs, and I need a form filled out by the management for my rental insurance company, and it has not been filled out yet. I am just getting more and more disappoined with this everyday.
