To the poster below...

I did not give Franklin Commons a perfect 4.0 score, because even as management, we realize there are flaws...as there are anywhere you live. The reason I regularly check this site is because I honestly care if the residents are happy and take the time to personally respond to their reviews. The office does not have just one person because the whole property is rented. We have not had more than one person in the office since lease-up 2 years ago. The Clubhouse is not "for us"...it is "for you" but because it is so beautiful and we would like to keep it that way, we are unable to let people come and go at any time. Many residents come in and utilize the area during office hours...I have had people have girl scout meetings, after-school birthday parties, and the like. Many people come in to use the computer, copy machine, and fax machine. I personally try to plan activities in the Clubhouse for all of the residents to enjoy atleast once every couple of months. Have you attended any of these events' We put alot of time and effort into them and do so on our time off from work. I would really appreciate it if you would stop by the office so that we can discuss your displeasure in a more appropriate manner.

Lady are you crazy?? GATEHOUSE SUCKS!! I cannot be any clearer than that! You and your POOR cable and internet service that you shove down our throats without even giving us the option to choose what we want because Gatehouse wants to dig their greedy paws in the mix is a prime reason why nobody should EVER rent from GATEHOUSE. Lack of parking availability is another. Channels go out at least once a week. When it snows, you guys aren't exactly on top of the plowing. You come in our apartments whenever you're bored it seems. Need I go on?? The rent is absurd, especially for what we get. We get a beautiful landscape and thats it! And that is just to lure people into your hell hole. Once you reel them in, you could give a ---- about them. I truly and honestly believe that. I am not saying this to be a jerk or anything. I just call it as I see it. I do not think anybody deserves the experience I had renting from Gatehouse!

I am a tenant here. First of all they have nothing to do with who you get for cable they have ALL the companies available in the area for you to choose from. I know this for a fact because I am in the industry and I researched it before I moved in. I have never had a problem beyond the first day with cable. When I have called for a problem or repair to be done in my apartment, it has been taken care of within 24 hours. I would not give it 5 of five but it is alot better than most places I have rented in. The storys I could tell you make this place look the the Ritz-Carlton
