Watch your children

I don't think anyone here watches their children there are two parents that are always outside and the kids from the neighborhood are contantly asking them for food, and the parents just leave them outside all day and portions of the night letting other people watch them. Parents need to get a clue on what good parenting means it doesn't mean leave your children outside all day without watching them and hoping someone else will do your job for you. Management has tried to resolve this issue but some parents just don't care!
