I have lived in Franklin Commons since April 2005. The place has been ok. No problems. Neighbors are quite. Mangement very helpful. Amenity are Nice. It would be nice if clubhouse would be open on weekends but understandable why it isn't. Parking is a little tight but there is always a space to be found. The grounds are kept beautifully with the BBQ's (picnic tables and BBQ)its nice area to have a family dinner. Overall it is not great but definately nice. Overall I would recommend it but keep in mind it is an apartment not a house and I suppose that is my only problem.
