It started off as a pretty good place to live but has gone downhill. Management/office staff turn over every few months it seems. There is no consistency when the turnovers happen.
They initially put everyone through a rigorous check before letting you rent. It seems now they have so many apartments open that they are letting just anyone in (and at negotiated rates).
It has gone from great people being friendly and neighborly to looking like a trailer park. Kids run around without ANY supervision whatsoever. Most of them are not well behaved, vandalizing property and bullying other children. Parents are out there threatening to hurt children that mess with their children.
It used to be that no pets were allowed. Now you have people walking their dogs (some on leash, some not) in the circle without bothering to clean up their pets mess. It is a complete and total free for all now.
Parking has become a huge challenge. There should be enough parking spaces for 2 cars for each apartment at each building. Now your lucky if you get a space near your building at all. If it snows you're really in trouble trying to find a space!
The noise in the apartments from neighbors is RIDICULOUS!!!! People used to care about being quiet going up and down the stairs. Now it sounds like cattle going up and down with people letting their kids scream and do whatever they want in the halls. If you are stuck in a 1st or 2nd floor apartment you are subjected to a whole lot of noise from your upstairs neighbors. That could also be because the apartments are not well insulated (ie, you can feel wind coming in through windows and electrical outlets).
Overall, it used to be a pretty good place with some minor annoyances here and there. Now you never want to go home!

Unfortunately management staff turns over so frequently because the owner treats them like garbage. While the owner is sipping martinis at his Newport mansion, the office staff is left dealing with numerous problems without any corporate support. Believe me, some past office staff HAS cared and HAS wanted to help, but wasn't permitted to do anything but rent rent rent!
