I lived at Franklin Commons for not even a year and the entire time it was horrible. I moved in thinking it was great and quickly changed my mind after 2 weeks. The neighbors are loud and the children are rude and not supervised by their parents. They run through the walkways screaming and riding their bikes with no consideration. Parking is horrible. Management is rude, and uneducated. If you report a problem Laura does not get back to you in time. I and a few others had a huge problem with lady bugs and asian beetles getting into the units, Laura's advice was to use my vacuum. You could hear through the walls and trust me you can hear everything, and I do mean everything. I hated my time their and dreaded each time I had to come home. They charge way too much for rent, I could see if the units offered more but they do not and neither does the complex. I would much rather live in a frigidaire box than another unit at this complex. The maintenance man lives there, his name is Dan but his girlfriend rents the unit so they do not know he is there in Building 1. The laundry room was disgusting and dirty and the appliances often did not work. They also say they have a full gym on site. This gym consists of 2 older, broken treadmills, and a nautilus machine...total joke. if you had packages delivered they would get stolen. People simply do not respect one another and management takes the lead.
