I find Franklin Commons to be a great place to live, everyone is friendly, accommodations are easily met, grounds are lovely, maintenance is A #1, the manager is more than helpful and sweet as can be. I highly reccommend it as affordable and neatly kept. I have very nice neighbors, garage availability and snow accommodations are met thouroughly.

Question for u, if you love it so much why are you not proud to use your name? even a first name...i lved there for just under a year and it was o for 3 months then all hell broke loose. First lady bug infestation and they did nothing to help me so during the summer I could not open my windows withoout having about 100 bugs in my unit. Nieghbors extrmemly loud and u can hear everything in the other units and I mean everything...bathroom usage, conversatins and even sexua acts. It was horrible and embarrassing. No insulation so the cost of heating was ridiculous more than I have ever paid for any nit I have rented. Children were unruly and unsupervised and it gets worse in the summer months. they run thru the hallways screaming, fighting, playing, ride their bikes, scateboards, scooters and do not care and if you were alking by they did not care if they hit you, happened to me on 2 occasions were I hd to call the poice, 1st time i was hit with a bike becasue the kid could not slow down and i could not get out of the way because of the stairwell. I was injured received stictches, and even the police were appalled because the mother said she saw nothing wrong...the kid was 6....and it wasnt even his building! could not open windows becasue people would look in i lived on 1st floor. there wasnever any parking. vandalism in the summer, speeding cars thru the complex, faster than traveling on 140. Dan was a great guy, just works for ------ company. getting things fixed after hours was horrible had a pipe burst in master bath and took 4 hours for them to show up. Laura Lebeau the property manager is the nosiest person alive. She demanded ot know personal information that per her manager was not entitled to know or even ask but she did anyway. I paid rent on time and never had any complaints against us. we were quiet professionals working long hours and with the noise never got any rest. It was just horrible. the money they charge for rent is too high and those untis are not worth it. if they had other ammenities like pools, gates, like other communities then maybe it would be justified but its not. I moved and have the same size unit a 2 bedroom and pay 300 less per month, its quiet, i can sleep and landlord is pleasant and respectful...Laura could learn a thing or 2...good luck u will need it
