I was reading the other reviews that are all negative and really don't get them, I've lived her for 4 months and the neighbors are not loud and the children are not running around, everyone here is quite nice, the grounds are nice and the management staff is very nice and helpful. I've only had 1 maintenance problem and that was taken care of that day.

I am glad u enjoy living there but you have only been there a short time. I lived there not even a year and it was a nightmare after 3 months. The children are not supervised at all. Running around screaming thru the hallways, foul language from as young as 5. parents were no better. vandalism in the summer, theft of mail and packages, neighbors being loud and you can hear everything and i mean everything thru the walls. yelling in the hallways, lady bug infestation, you cant open windows if you live on first floor becasue peole peer in. laura lebeau who is the property manager is horrible and the nosiest person i ever encountered. she demanded to know personal information to which she was not entitled to know or ask per her manager. I paid rent on time and never had complaints as I am a business professional and wrked long hours...she never addressed any of my concerns and complaints. things broke in my unit and getting emergency service was horrible, once no heat and it was snowing out. another time a pipe broke in bathroom in master bedroom, water everywhere and they took 4 hours to arrive. parking was another story. overall experience was horrible and the untis are not worth the money they charge. no insulation and heating the unit in winter was hiher than anywhere i ever lived. dan is a great guy sadly he works for a horrible company...good luck to you and be careful Laura Lebeau will use anything against u given the chance. I am glad I moved I have the same size unit 2 bedrooms for 300 dollars less and am much happier
