I have lived at Franklin Commons for almost 3 years and I love it. The apartments are very nice and it was spotless when I moved in. The grounds are kept beautifully, the landscapers are there once a week cutting the grass and maintenance cleans up any trash at least once a day. I have never had any problem with parking, even in the snow.

Yes, it can be noisy during the day but there are a lot of children living there so what do you expect. Once I am in my apartment I hear nothing from any other apartment. I never had any problems with the breezeways being slippery, even in a snow storm, which was one of my concerns when I moved in. I have never had any problems with management. Laura has always been extremely nice and very professional, I have never been asked any type of personal questions so I have no idea what the other posters are talking about! Any maintenance problems are always taken care of right away, Dan is a great guy and really knows his stuff, Sam is great at his job also.

I lived at another complex in Franklin for a long time but there is now comparison, I love living here and dont plan on moving out anytime soon. I would recommend it to anyone
