The Franklin Commons is an Ok place to live but not the best. It comes with all the usual domestic issues in any complex. There is noise some time, but not all the time. The police do seem to come by alot from noise complaints. The grounds are kept nice, and response time on repair issues is very quick. Parking has become a problem, but that only means you have to park in the far from your unit, I have never seen there be no spots available. The complaints I've seen on the staff are issues I have not experienced. They are all friendly and qucik to want to solve any problems. I will say that the insulation does seem to be lacking. The spare bedroom gets very cold at night regardless if the heat is kept on or not.

My overall review is that it is no worse than any other complex I have lived in, but for the price I would expect to have done a better background check on tenants. There are some trouble makers in the complex but not to the point that I haver felt my family was in danger.
