I have lived here for two years now and have no major complaints. Apartments are spacious and although could use a bit more storage space, they were modern. We had a mouse problem, when we first moved in, but maitenance came right away to fix that and we have not had a problem since. They are good about fixing things quickly. I agree with the comments about plowing, they usually wait longer than necessary to plow walkways, but when it is done they do it right.

Walls are a bit thin, but unless your neighbors have their music or tv up really load you can't hear anything. The staff is friendly, although changing constantly.

My main complaint would be rent and how it keeps going up every year and by a good amount. If you have the money I would definitly suggest this place, but if you are on a tight budget it is not worth it.
