worst ever apartments

the apartments are junk as mentioned by someone else.
the management is one of the worst.
they do not listen to any of the complaints.
i keep hearing a lot of noises all day and night.
the manager as well as the staff is rude.
they do not respond properly.
the construction of the apartments are really bad.
just to give you an example there is a manitainence closet in the guest bedroom.
this closet is fitted with airconditioning and heat unit.
whenever these are turned on it creates a lot of noise as well as vibration in the room.

I agree with this person They don't replace the filter every 3 months like Lincoln Properties did and in 1 apt there was mold on the filter when they finally did get around to replaceing it. I am very unhappy with new management the walls and ceiling are cracked for new apts thats not good. Also they can't seem to maintain the heat in the hall ways making the apts more cold and cost to us is more since they don't care if the hallways are warm or cold. I have 2 door blockers at the base of my door to keep the cold out from the hallway. The storage units are warmer then the hall ways. Plus since they took over there a lot of kids hanging around in the halls and smoking in the halls. They did nothing for the residence last summer as far as pool parties go for the kids. I am very unhappy with this new company. waiting to lease to be up and move back into a Lincoln Property where they cater to their residence. Holiday weekends if you get packages to bad you wait until Tuesday when the office reopens thats even if you have a key in your box to let you know you have a package. Lincoln Properties were here 7 days a week and you didn't wait to get you packages and mail. you do now.. Moving soon >>>>
