I disagree with the other review.

If you are hearing the food being chopped above you, then they must be cutting wood or something, I have never had a noise problem.

I have 2 kids that run and scream and cry all the time like normal 1 and 3 year olds and never had a complaint.

The staff is nice, Colleen is amazing, always there to help.

They are a little ---- with having your moved by 8:00 AM on snow days so they can plow, but whatever, just move it and have a clean spot when you come home.

People are friendly.

I can honestly say in the 2 years there I have never had a problem.

They are a little pricey, but hey it's Franklin.
