When you can tell when a car pulls out in front of another (or God forbid, in front of an 18-wheeler), or when they're doing construction a few miles down the road, hear some arguments from people stuck in traffic- all from your living room window- that's a close and LOUD highway. There are no reprieves from the noise of the highway... and if you don't mind its noise, lucky you. But, with all of my windows closed right now, I hear roaring traffic- roaring. No exaggeration. From Buildings 6, 5 parts of 7, 8 & 9 the highway is less noticeable. Depends on what part of the building your apt is situated. No need for the untruth- so noise might not be that bad from whomever's apt, but from here- it's rough!
