Don't rent here! They are way too expensive, keep increasing rent and charges without a reason. Have an illegal pet fee which they should be penalized for ($300). Building shakes like your having an earthquake all the time. Noise is outrageuos, people not that friendly, have lived here for over a year and not doing it again. In the winter they plow all hours of night and day, people's car alarms going off all the time. No peace. Bratty kids running around all over the place. Staff as rude and as biatchy as can be and do nothing to help. Will tow your car in the winter if you don't move it at crack of dawn. Driveways littered with cigars and cigarette butts, gross. These are literally the apartments from hell.

The pet fee is not illegal, its a deposit that is placed into an interest accruing account in case your pet destroys their apartment. Read you lease. Bratty kids are everywhere in general, not just here. These are some of the nicest apartments in Franklin, I think your expectations of apartment complex living are too high

Then why doesn't it say pet deposit? Read your own lease if you even have one. You don't know me or my expectations so stop assuming you do. Sounds a lot like the idiotic management around there. I've seen nicer apts with way nicer management.
