I haven't actually moved in yet, but I will be this coming weekend (12/7/02) So far the office staff have been helpful. You know that you are in a safe place, because they do criminal checks before you can move in. the apt's are nice sized, and are about $850 a month. It seemed quiet the 3 times that we went and visited the apt building. The only thing is that they do not have actual lights in the living or bed rooms, and there isnt much room for a dining table (at least a regular one) The bathrooms are spacious though. The one bedrooms only have 1 closet -- in the bedroom, kitchen space is superb! 2 bedrooms are nice, and its bathroom has a small linen closet in it, and another closet in the hall, each bedroom has a closet as well... 2 bed is (i believe)$1200 a month. Also for cat lovers -- no pet deposit!!
