We live in a 2 bedroom apt with a huge closet-that we use as a computer room. The bedrooms are a decent size, not overly big. There are big closets in both bedrooms, which is wonderful. The bathroom is a great size-with plenty of storage space and the water pressure is very good. The unit has a dishwasher and a garbage disposal. The kitchen is fairly small and does not allow for a kitchen table, but the living room is really big, so there's enough room for the table. Wall to wall brand new carpeting-a nice grey color. It's a ten minute walk to the commuter train, if you work in Boston. The staff is great-they are always pleasant and they keep up with the plowing during snow storms. The drawbacks are the neighbors, which you hear constantly due to the paper thin walls. The train was unbearable at first, but with the windows shut (although we don't have storm windows)-it isn't too bad. May not be too great in the spring or summer, though. And, due to the high ceilings and bricks (in our unit, atleast) the lack of heat is a problem, especially when it is freezing out. Overall, the apartment is nice and we'll probably live there another year to save because it is so much less than any apartment in the Boston area...it's just the little factors like the heat and the neighbors that are it's downfall.
