its good I was reading the other reviews that are all negative and really don't get them, I've lived her for 4 months and the neighbors are not loud and the children are not running around, everyone here is quite nice, the grounds are nice and the management staff is very nice

worst ever apartments the apartments are junk as mentioned by someone else. the management is one of the worst. they do not listen to any of the complaints.
i keep hearing a lot of noises all day and night.
the manager as well as the staff is rude. they do not respond properly.

Worst Laundry Maintenance I live in this apartment for last 2 years. They never clean the Laundry machines. Most of the Laundry machines has dog/cat hairs and fungal inside. If you report this to the apartment, you won't get any response. They will ask you to call some number. But nobody

Watch your children I don't think anyone here watches their children there are two parents that are always outside and the kids from the neighborhood are contantly asking them for food, and the parents just leave them outside all day and portions of the night letting other people watch

Franklin Commons is not horrible I have lived here since the place opened and it is not at all horrible! The apartments are clean and modern...the residents are friendly and the bus stop is right out front. Maintenance comes over almost as soon as you call him and the people in the office are
