I just wanted to respond to the unhappy person who felt they had to post a message twice and cover it up by agreeing with the first one. I have lived here for over a year and I have been very happy. I understand everyone has there own opinion. I do feel sad however that you feel low income atomatically makes a person bad. I really enjoy living here. The staff is great.

Obviously this was either written by management themselves or by someone who used to live in a trailer park and is on SECTION 8. Any prosepective resident should go to the Georgetown police..they will tell you of all of the problems this community has. POLICE REPORTS DO NOT LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Low income people are ok. the earlier neib we had were horrible. but the next ones we cool. Its the staff.
