Funny thing about the two " Love it here " posts is that SHE suggests that the bad posts about this place were written by the same person because they agree with each other. So am I to assume that the two good posts are written by the same also ''' These posts were made by management (IMO) because my experience has been that many of the residents here are not happy...check to see how many have extended their leases. This place is AWFUL and I do agree that there is no problem with section 8 and has no bearing. But I would certainly contact the Police Department of Georgetown before renting here and look at the number of calls that they have made here. People can post what they want about this place being good or bad and that is their opinion but Police reports DO NOT LIE. So please do not take my word or anyone else's..... contact the Police Department and ask to see all the complaints at Longview, they are Public record. Oh and by the way, complaining to management gets yo absolutely NOWHERE.

Longview and Longsuffering, Thats a great review. I really want to know and can someone post for me where the next worst place to live is. Imagine a tv show called the next worst place to live...If you live by the office or by the pool people throw there trash on the trunks of there cars and haul it down to the end of the complex. 1750/ for that. They should be renting these places for 750 and thats the truth.

An apartment complex that as crime at it? Where there's something new!!! Who would have thought? Question for posters, why does the same person keep posting again and again and again? Hasn't the website realized there is some weird prank going on? This site is useless.

Longview1, the next worst place has to be The Residences at Stevens Pond in Saugus. This is another Dolben Property with an inept office staff. Don't believe a thing they tell you. Do yourself a favor and don't move into any Dolben Property!!
