stinks stinks stinks....rented before. this is by far the worst. No one follows rules...noise. apartments r paper thin. Built awful. My brother is a contractor, says they built this complex with sub standard materials. Management just tells you what you want to hear. They lie to get you to rent, then do nothing to resolve problems. Maintence is great....very professional. EVERYTHING ELSE IS AWFUL!!! COPS ALWAYS THERE!!!! DO NOT! DO NOT!! RENT HERE!!!!!!! Rent in Lowell...it's more quiet and peaceful!!! I am not renewing my lease.... I found a nice refrigerator box I am going to live in .........

Honest opinion....safe for kids or not.......mine are about to end up their on weekends and i am not feeling to good about it..

I have no idea what complex this person is referring to, but it's definitely not the Longview @ Georgetown that my wife and I live in. The only noise I hear are kids running and laughing to the swimming pool. This place allows dogs and yet I never hear them inside the actual building. The only time I saw cops was when there was an ambulance there for a resident!
I'll be writing a full review once I've lived there another few months, as it's only been 3 so far, but I thought I'd respond to this as I have no idea what this person is talking about.

Why is this above post anonymous...I will tell you why ! It sis a standard type response from Mangement there. They ALWAYS respond positively after a bad post to offset it. No one that REALLY live there knew what they were getting into. By the way, I KNOW exactly what this poster is talking about.
