If you like rotten smelling water and Mgmt that sit on their butts and do nothing to resolve issue - They moved me in under a guy with 5 children that stay over 5 nights a week, a violation of their own lease. This low life scumbag encourages his kids to stomp and bang and does laundry 4 nights a week after 10:00 at night..mgmt said it was normal living noise. Happy My girlfriend and I moved in here in Oct 2006 because it was half way between our jobs. We have been very happy here. The parking is tough, but we rent a garage now and the water smell, but the maintenance guys installed a filter to help. Sure there are some minor issues, but

"was" going to rent Guess not!! I was looking to rent a 2 bedroom here but when I inquired about having 2 small dogs I was informed that it would be an extra 100$ a month PLUS a 350 Sanitation??? fee Forget it that is so unbelievable!!!! I will look elsewhere

Avoid this place! The management is awful. They forget about issues you bring up with them...or they don't care. We have seen police here at numerous occasions. Of course the last 2 posts were from management. Every time a bad post goes up, it is followed by some glowing remarks. Huge
