Just read ?Do not come here? it is all true. I can?t understand how do they manage to stay in business with such a kind of service. Most buildings are already half-empty and they are still rising rent. Endless and pointless "renowations" and "imrovements" in fact do nothing except noise, dust, and smell.

You can find much better place for the same money in this area.
