Only if you are desperate!

I was actually on a waiting list to get in, now I can't wait to leave. Pot smoking parents on the decks at night, leave their kids to run and scream outside. First moved in and it was quiet, now you get to wake up to the 3am drunken neighbors fighting in the halls, or the constant running up and down of kids in your building. The parking lot is a disaster, cut down beautiful trees to create a center island. The halls used to be clean, but since the management company has changed and they started eliminating studio apartments to create 3 bedrooms for section 8, the maintenance is poor. The carpet is disgusting, the kids and occasion cat in the hall have ruined it. If you like smoking, you won't be bothered by your neighbor's second hand smoke. The roof was being replaced, and the crew left for weeks, we had heavy rain and come home to find furniture ruined, and absolutely no help from the office staff. The rental agent is the only good aspect of the office staff, the rest should be replaced. I'm not sure about the maintenance staff idea of an emergency, but apparently if your sink is not working and you cannot use any running water in your kitchen, you should just deal with it.
If your desparate, it's a good place to live, otherwise look elsewhere
