Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
 
Lived here five years and for five years been demanding they do something about the brown water!! They blame it on town's water dept. Water dept. says Heights has it's own supply it is their problem.

Mice are apparently not a big concern for them as I've been fighting them for six months now with no support from maintenance.

Hallways are dirty and maintenance crew are a waste of oxygen.
