It comes with the territory

If you decide to live in a complex then you you need to understand that their are certain inconviences that are out of managements control. Kids for one. There are 200 and some odd apartments here and really only 15 children. The down side is that there is no playground for the kids to go to. Maintenance is great and is usually on top of things. Management has always addressed my issues in a timely manor. The property has been bought by a new company and that new company is making cosmetic changes to improve the property. I find the construction necesary. People complain about no parking spaces, so they do something to make more parking spaces and then they complain that they took some trees away. People complain that the hallways of the buildings are dirty, yet they complain that it is an inconvenience to them when they go to paint and replace the rugs. As for the brown water. When you leave near the ocean, it is expected. Gloucester is not the only town that deals with this problem. And for the town to say that we have our own water! Hello people, since when does an apartment complex have their own resivior. I actually feel bad that Management and Maintenance has to deal with people complaining all the time about stupid uncontrolable issues. And as for the noise, you can only hear the noise of someone if they are in the hallway. I really think this is a great place to live. If this is not what you are looking for, then you may need to either buy a house or rent from a private owner. As far as complex renting goes, this place is great and the price is right.
