I have been at The Heights for many years and have no intention of leaving anytime soon. I am very happy here and the people I speak to are happy as well.

I have read the unfavorable reviews and believe that they were written by people who are very unhappy, bitter, and will not be happy living anywhere. Of course there are going to be some issues in a place that has 300 apartments. However, if you cannot deal with neighbors and the occassional problem, then buy a house.

I think that the staff is friendly and helpful. The functions held for residents in the office are great because it gives me a chance to get to know the people who live here. They even encourage residents to bring family and friends to these events. I bet the people who complain have never attented one of these get togethers or made an attempt to get to know their neighbors or the staff.

I am appaled at some of the comments made about people who live here espcially about children and section 8 participants. Any one who would make these types of remarks is immature, mean and should not be listened to.

Overall, I think The Heights is great and will continue to recomend it to my friends and family.
