Constant Water Problems

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
The hot water is dark brown. Full of rust! It is disgusting. You have to run it 10-20 min just to clear it enough to run a shower. Maintenance/management push it off as someone else's fault (the water dept, the ocean). It is old plumping that they aren't willing to fix! The only people who stay at the Heights have no choice because of the economy.

Don't move here unless you have NO other choices!
