Okay, but not a top choice.

Looks and feels a bit like a college dorm. The large gaps under every hall door let you hear everything and smell more (food cooking, smoke, "human odors" etc.) from neighboring apartments and hallway. Coin-op laundry facilities insufficient for population and often out of order. Gym pathetic and not even worth considering an amenity. Hope they've improved it. Snow removal OK, landscaping often seemed outrageous expenditure given lack of maintenance elsewhere. After-hours staffing nonexistent, voicemail only. Allowed cat but charged "pet rent" which was ridiculous - cumulative amount far surpassed any damage the cat could have done. (Damage/cleaning charges also completely out of line with reality.) Pool OK but not cleaned often enough, a bit murky by end of summer. Insufficient parking in evening - be home by 8 or else you won't have anywhere to park! Not handy to much except touristy stuff. Long hike on twisty, speedster-laden road from train - no sidewalks. Were lured with promises of great security but never saw a sign of patrol, access control, alarms, etc. Apt. freshly painted and carpet cleaned at move-in, new blinds, cheap and cantankerous appliances. Great closets - three big ones (1 walk-in) in a 1-BR!
Also, had to move out early because of job transfer, and got screwed HARD on lease-breaking fees (multiple months' rent). Had to borrow money to escape. Couldn't pay me to move back.
