I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! Like the enteries below, I also have dirty brown "hot" water, if you can even call it "hot" water. The water takes at least 20 minutes to heat up to luke warm and by the time you're through with your shower it's cold as ice. We also have mice problems, or possibly rats. I recently found a large hole in my bedroom wall with rodent feces all around. The neighbors are obnoxious! Screaming kids whose parents use the hallways as a play ground, drunken neighbors who keep you up all night partying and yelling. Then you have decks you cannot even go on because there are swarms of bees and gigantic beetles our there. When you call to make an appointment with pest control they just go out on the deck and say, "Well I don't see anything, there must not be a problem". Oh, and the fabulous windows. You'll love them in the summber but in the winter, prepare for sub-zero temperatures inside your apartment. The windows are so cheap and thin that wind actually blows through them. We have to put up towels and stuff the windows with newspaper in order to stay warm. The heat, HA! It never shuts off in the summer and in the winter it's either 100 degrees in thereor -100 degrees. You can't control it yourself. The hallways and laundry facilities disgusting! They have "cleaners" come every week that just walk around the hallways talking on their cellphones, they are a joke. Maintenance is also a joke! All they do is walk around smoking ciggarettes, talking on their Nextels and driving around in their golfcart. They drive that thing so fast and do not even watch where they are going that I've actually almost been run over twice. They never fix anything and their 24-hour emergency help line is actually just a recording that they check maybe once a week. I could go on and on but I actually need to work to pay the rent to "live" there, unlike the section 8 losers they let live there for $100.00 dollars a month. I'm just waiting for my lease to end to leave, I can't break it or I may need to take out a loan. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I think the crack on the section 8 is uncalled for. I am not section 8 but I know people who do have section 8 and did live there and they paid all of there rent except for maybe a couple hundred so that person needs to get there facts staight not an not bee so jundgmental about people who have section 8 because some of them that do live there do work and the family I was talking about both parties worked and still need help. Maybe you are meant to live there with the new management because your both a**holes
