Lived here for a year and had mostly good experiences. maintenenace was always responsive for emergencies although for non emergencies it sometimes took longer for a repair to be done. The fitness center has new equipemnt and is great if you like to work out. The inside of the buildings are in need of some paint and new carpet but are usualy kept clean. My apartment was mostly quiet but noise can be heard from the hallway. The price is pretty good for an apartment complex and the location is great if you like the beach. I had to move for job reasons but would live there again if I moved back to the area.
