What a dump for a condo conversion

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The new managment, forest properties is the worst this place has ever seen. They are not resonding to my needs .
Maintenance issues. Managment issues.
They say the unit next door is going to be a condo and im on section 8 .How dose that work'
The water is allways brown . They have sewer problems . I think its mixing somewhere because it allways smells .
