Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2005
 
Not only is the water brown, but even when it is clear, it smells. Plus, there is something in the water that stains clothes! You dry off from taking a shower and the towels you used actually get yellow stains. Complex has gotten very unpleasant. Lots of bratty, loud kids running around. Too much money for too little service.
