this is a slum. Section 8 brats running wild. Brazilians hitting on 12 year old girls. There are sddcits, drunks and felons living up here. Too much money for a housing project trying to pass as an apartment

I agree. I just looked at a condo (2008) and although it is a beautiful spot (views just as pretty as in the pictures), the outside of the buildings were poorly maintained, and in one of the condos (which was beautifully done over inside), I could smell pot smoke coming from the unit next door. A real shame - but I agree, I would not recommend buying nor renting at this place.
