Don't even think about it.

I lived at The Heights for 2 years and have to say that place is a wreck.
The apartments are small and cramped, it's difficult moving your furniture in or out. The bathroom is like a closet, horrible. There is VERY LITTLE closet space so you might as well throw away half your stuff because there is just no place to put it! Christmas decorations, baby carriages, etc, forget about it. They do not allow you to store stuff on your patio or balcony, either (well, at least they threaten to confiscate it, but I called their bluff and won.)
The leasing agents (one in particular named Ellen) are VERY snooty, and I avoided going to any function in the club house because of these stuck up, bitter hags.
The way they conduct business is deplorable. Sure they're now offering 2 months free rent, but guess where they are getting it from' Our security deposits! They are scamming people left and right.
Incidences of child abuse occur there all the time, and neglect is constant. Always small children with no supervision in the hallways and outdoors. Drunk fathers swearing at their little girls, fat "disabled" people (think building 11, you know who you are) who take up parking spaces and complain loudly enough to wake you out of your sleep at 7am because their space wasn't plowed for them. The rest of us had to pick up a damn shovel and burn some calories.
The people are unfriendly, the place is tiny and cramped, the neighbors are loud, the landscaping is lame, and there are SO many other place you could live that would be worth your money.
Take my advice: save yourself the trouble!
