You have to run the water 15 min or so in order to clear it to use. Don't do your laundry here unless you want to ruin clothes.
When they give you the new lease to sign, you can't take it with you to read or let an attorney check out. They tell you it "can't leave the office and you have to sign it here." Yeah, right. If it was on the up-and-up, they wouldn't have a problem with you showing it to a lawyer.

The leases aren't in the slightest "shady". They go over every aspect of it with you when you initial and sign. They also give you a copy to take with you. It is very self explanitory and is the same every time you sign it. Only an idiot would need to show a lawyer. The staff is incredibly helpful and would never do anything shady.

my guess is that anonymous works there. any company that offers a contract, which is what a lease is, should have NO problem with allowing it to be reviewed by the other party's attorney, should they? why should the apartment complex be the only party to the contract allowed to have an attorney look at the contract? hmmmm?
